陈国强

  陈国强 博士、教授。现任上海交通大学医学院病理生理学教研室主任、“细胞分化与凋亡”教育部重点实验室(筹)主任、国家重点基础研究计划项目首席科学家。

  1988年和1996年分别在原上海第二医科大学(现上海交通大学)获得病理生理学专业硕士学位和内科血液学博士学位,并先后于1997年和1999-2001年在法国和美国从事高访工作。近10多年来,他长期致力于肿瘤发病学和治疗学基础研究,在国际权威刊物如《Blood》、《JBC》、《Leukemia》等发表论著近40篇,引证2200多次。这些论文涉及的主要发现有:(1)开展三氧化二砷治疗急性粒细胞性白血病(AML)的基础研究工作。相关发现多次作为第一作者和通讯作者在国际核心刊物发表论著,并先后得到《Science》、《JNCI》等专题评价;(2)提出并阐述低氧诱导AML细胞分化及其分子机制,在国际核心刊物包括《BLOOD》等发表论著6篇;(3)报道蛋白激酶Cδ(PKCδ)调控磷脂爬行酶1(PLSCR1)的表达及其分子机制和在白血病细胞分化中的作用。作为通讯作者就相关工作在《BLOOD》《JBC》《ONCOGENE》等刊物或接受发表3篇论文;(4)在《BLOOD》杂志报道NSC606985能够有效地诱导AML细胞凋亡及其信号机制; (5)开展白血病相关蛋白AML1-ETO的研究,报道AML1-ETO通过上调CX43的表达抑制细胞增殖和增加白血病细胞对细胞凋亡的敏感性。

  陈国强博士先后获得国家自然科学二等奖、上海市科学技术进步一等奖(2项)、中华医学科技一等奖(2项)、上海医学科技一等奖、杜邦科技创新奖等科技奖项,以及全国先进工作者、新世纪百千万人才工程首批国家级人选、教育部长江学者、上海市劳动模范、上海市“十大杰出青年”、上海市科技英才、上海医学领军人才等荣誉称号。
